Davis & Co is a specialist firm of solicitors which offers commercial contractual advice, dispute resolution services and international commercial/corporate services across a broad range of industry sectors, including banking and finance, construction and technology, energy, international trade, shipbuilding, ship conversion, shipping, offshore and onshore oil and gas.

We act for a diverse range of clients including large international and multinational corporations, private clients, and small to medium enterprises. Our work has a strong international element and we have a substantial network of overseas contacts. Our team of lawyers includes fluent speakers of French, German and Swedish.

Our sole principal, Mark Davis is the author of the first and second editions of Bareboat Charters published by Lloyds of London Press in 2000 and 2005.  He has been regularly recognised as a leading expert in Legal Business' Legal Experts publications and acknowledged as one of the world's leading litigation lawyers in Euromoney's guide to "The World's Leading Litigation Lawyers".

Our offices are conveniently located on the outskirts of London in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire with good access to the road and rail networks, and within 30 minutes of Heathrow Airport.
