Since 1983 Alan has run a significant private client practice
which specialises in international commercial/corporate
private client work. Currently, Alan is engaged by one of the leading bidders in relation to a major land extension project in Monaco which, it is anticipated, will be one of the largest capital infrastructure projects in Europe. He has been involved in, and advised
clients with respect to a wide range of international matters
which include :-
Commercial contracts
The preparation, negotiation and completion of a wide variety
of international commercial contracts including shareholder
and joint venture agreements, share sale/purchase agreements,
terms and conditions of trading, IP agreements, construction
contracts, management agreements, aircraft purchase/leasing/management
contracts, appointment of consultants, confidentiality and
exclusivity agreements, employment contracts, employee stock
options etc.
Acquisitions, Disposals
and Projects
The purchase and sale of numerous UK, USA, French, Monagasque
and “offshore” private and quoted companies
and assets.
Private Clients
Alan has been involved in the establishment of large family
trusts in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Channel Islands,
Liechtenstein (“Foundations”) etc., together
with the formation and maintenance of offshore companies
in a range of jurisdictions.
Financing
Alan has been involved in numerous financing transactions
mainly representing borrowers in relation to asset finance,
property finance, personal borrowing and company acquisitions.
Oil and Gas
Alan has negotiated numerous Concession Agreements, drilling
contracts and such like, mainly with respect to the Middle
East.
Aircraft
Alan has advised clients and negotiated all documents, with
respect to the sale and purchase of numerous aircraft including
Falcon 900, Gulfstream 1V, Gulfstream 1V SP, and Gulfstream
V.
