 Acted for a UK plc in successful pursuit of a claim for damages arising out of the failed implementation of an integrated computer hardware and software system, involving complex issues of quantifying loss to the business and a nine week trial on quantum alone. The case led to the largest monetary award to date by an English Court for a failed systems implementation.

 Acted for English company in pursuit of claims for damages for the abandoned implementation of a logistics software package. Case involved questions of software and accounting expert evidence and settled successfully three weeks before a five week trial.

 Acted for a major supplier in defence of claims for approximately £2 million by a government department arising out of the sale of a SAN system.

 Acted for a garage equipment company in respect of the infringement of intellectual property rights in software by a competitor. Case involved a successful application for an interim injunction.
  Construction

 Acting for the residents association of a prestigious development in Mayfair to resolve serious problems with the management of the building, including misappropriation of service charge funds.

 Acted for a group of tenants of a prestigious development in Mayfair in pursuing claims for approximately £2 million for breaches of covenant of quiet enjoyment and repairing covenants by the landlord and maintenance trustee. Case involved concurrent proceedings before the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal. Case was successfully settled by mediation shortly before a two week trial.
