Commercial Dispute Resolution

We have been instructed in numerous high value and highprofile cases in London arbitration (ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and LMAA), before the English Courts (High Court, Court of Appeal, House of Lords and Privy Council) and conducted or overseen cases in the following overseas jurisdictions: Brazil, Canada, China, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Rumania, Russia, Scotland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and the USA.

We have also represented clients in many mediations and in proceedings before various different tribunals.

International Commercial Corporate

We have been involved in numerous transactions, negotiations and the preparation of documents for capital infrastructure projects, project and asset financing, the sale and purchase of real estate (hotels, commercial, development land, mixed use sites and residential) in the UK and in Europe, the sale and purchase of shareholdings in numerous English and foreign companies, the preparation of numerous concession agreements as well as advising on and documenting numerous joint ventures involving interests in many countries throughout the world.

We are currently engaged by one of the leading bidders in relation to a major land extension project in Monaco which, it is anticipated, will be one of the largest capital infrastructure projects in Europe.

We are also regularly involved in the establishment of family trusts and companies in a number of offshore jurisdictions including Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Channel Islands, Liberia, Liechtenstein and Panama.

We advise upon and oversee the sale and/or purchase of strategic assets in the UK and various overseas jurisdictions, as well as joint ventures in a range of different industries. We also offer a full range of corporate services to UK companies.
